The Rio Bayamon Golf Course opened in 2005 as a truly public course and currently has 9 holes, but they say they have plans of expanding it to 18 holes. The existing 9 holes are comprised of four par 3 holes, three par 4 holes, and two par 5 holes. In addition to the course they also have a driving range, putting green, and a chipping area.
Fort Buchanan Golf Club is a 9 hole golf course along with driving range and practice greens. There are also five par 3 practice holes to warm up on. The most important thing to know is that this club is located at Fort Buchanan, a military base, and if you want to golf there you need to be accompanied by a member of the Armed Forces. I believe you can also access the course if you are accompanied by a civilian who works on the base and has proper identification.
The San Juan Golf Academy & Driving Range is not a course, but instead a driving range and learning facility. It is located near Old San Juan and Condado, just off the San Juan Bay and can been seen atop a hillside along PR-2.
