This blow hole or spout is located on the eastern coastline of Isabela, Puerto Rico. The paved oceanfront road dead ends right in front of the blow hole. Driving there is easy, just make sure not to miss the turn off for the oceanfront road leading down to Isabela’s Eastern coastline. We have included the Blow Hole location and route on our map of Puerto Rico.
There is plenty of space for parking and it rarely has many, or any people there. You will need to park in the culdesac area. Make sure not to drive down the beach. The sand is extremely loose and you will get stuck.
Please realize that it does require some decent sized swell to really explode into the sky. However, I have seen it still functioning on small days.
Once you finish up at the blow hole, there are quite a few places to eat on that stretch of beachfront.
