The Plantation Club is part of the Dorado Beach Resort and Club. There are two golf courses at The Plantation Club, The Pineapple Course and The Sugarcane Course. Both of these courses were opened in 1970 and like the East and West Courses of Dorado Beach, the Pineapple and Sugarcane Courses consist of 18 holes and are both par 72 courses. A unique difference is that The Plantation Club Courses have more water hazards through the use of both lakes and rivers.
The Sugarcane Course is considered the more difficult of the two Plantation Courses. However, The Pineapple Course is no slouch and offers beautiful ocean views.
Considering the Dorado Beach Resort & Club with their Plantation Club has four Championship level golf courses on their grounds everyone should be able to find one that fits them. If all else fails, you can just relax with a nice drink and meal at their 50,000 sq ft clubhouse that ran them a mere $5,000,000.
